Securitas, a leading global security services provider, recently partnered with JLL in their search for a brand-new office building in Belgium. JLL's expertise and comprehensive services were instrumental in securing a modern and sustainable working environment for Securitas.

Located in Diegem, close to the bustling airport and the railway station, the new office building offers great accessibility and convenience for Securitas and its employees. JLL worked closely with Securitas to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring that the identified building met all their requirements.

One of the standout features of the chosen building, named The Wings and developed by Ghelamco, is its commitment to sustainability. The Wings utilizes geothermal energy which significantly reducing CO2 emissions by 70%. The Wings has also obtained triple certifications, including BREEAM excellent, WELL Gold, and DGNB Gold, representing the high standards of environmental performance, occupant well-being, and overall building quality.

Securitas found these eco-friendly and sustainable features particularly appealing, aligning with their own commitment to environmental responsibility. Additionally, The Wings offers an array of amenities and services, including restaurants with in-house catering, a co-working space, a fitness area, and even an on-site hotel. These amenities played a crucial role in Securitas' decision to choose this location for their ambitious project.

Throughout the process, JLL's Tenant Representation department provided end-to-end services to Securitas. Leveraging their expertise and market knowledge, JLL negotiated on behalf of Securitas to secure the best terms and conditions for the lease agreement. After the lease contract was signed, JLL's Project and Development Services team took charge of coordinating Securitas' fit-out works, ensuring a seamless transition into the new office space within the agreed timeline.

Thanks to their collaboration with JLL, Securitas successfully found a sustainable and modern office building that meets their needs and reflects their commitment to environmental responsibility. With JLL's guidance and support, Securitas can now look forward to operating in a state-of-the-art workspace that fosters productivity, well-being, and a sense of community for their employees.
