As Europe sets-off on its summer holidays, chilly economic headwinds are generating more cautious behaviour from corporate occupiers in the regions real estate markets.
 
Corporate occupiers are re-applying the brakes to capital investment projects and expansion plans until there is greater certainty over near-to-medium term economic conditions. While internally CRE teams are actively focussed on transformation and reorganisation to drive productivity and higher value for the business.
